     ALK-BAQ is a breathing air quality monitor that continuously detects and measures contaminants during operation in compressed air systems. There are 5 sensors in the device; carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O2), oil vapor and dew point. Sensors can be used alone or with all together. Each gas module uses the most appropriate sensor technology for the target gas. For example, when the O2 and CO modules using the electrochemical sensor, the CO2 uses infrared sensor technology and the oil vopour module uses a photo ionization detector (PID) . After installation, the device will continue to verify air quality according to the EN 12021:2014 European breathing air standard, monitor air quality at user-defined intervals and record data.
